These sessions are focused on your accountability. A little different from a coaching session, these are where we set, track and review goals together in a format of your choice (KPIs, OKRs, SMART, or GROW models) through the year. These sessions can be taken whenever you feel the most need for support, or organised across the start, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and end of the year - whatever helps best with your accountability.
